I help children and adolescents navigate life’s challenges, offering them a safe space to understand themselves, build resilience, and grow with confidence. I also work closely with parents, equipping them with the insight and tools they need to support their child’s development and create an environment where young people can truly thrive.
Adults
I support adults of all ages in working through emotional and psychological challenges, offering a thoughtful and non-judgmental space to explore what’s holding them back. Together, we work towards greater clarity, self-understanding, and meaningful change—helping you move toward a more balanced and fulfilling life.
Fees and Availability
I offer a 20 minute initial consultation at no charge.
Counselling & Psychotherapy:
£80 (self-funded) £100 (Organisation funded) per 50 minute session.
Coaching session £120 – £150 per individual or parent couple for a 60 minute session.
Clinical Supervision for therapists £80 per hour.
Clinical Supervision for Recovery Coaches £160 per hour.
Organisational Supervision & Reflective Practice £175 per hour.
Please make contact for fee confirmation and availability.
No charge is made for appointments rescheduled or cancelled with at least 24 hours notice. Within that time the full fee is charged.
Availability online weekday afternoons, evenings and Saturday mornings. In person sessions for adults, children and young people are held in a therapy room near Hersham station, Surrey.
